First day of summer and I am bored....

Being sick in the summer (if you can call this summer) is the worst. (who is sick in the summer anyways?)

Being back home in Ladner is also the worst. (Tres boring especially when sick!)

But on the bright side...My mom made my dad some sugar pie for fathers day...but he wont be home for another 10 days.
I mucked that pie good! Ohh it was so Yummmmy!

Tara coming to Vancouver this weekend, Camp two in like 17 days and my Mexico trip in less than two months are all coming up. I am so excited for all three of these things. Too excited. Perhaps my current boredom is just all part of the "calm before the storm." (the storm=good times).

Ohh, before I forget, for all who don't know....Monday is Value Villages 50% off day! So get it whiles it's hot!

I did so much stuff this past year and I have been on the go constantly. I have a list of things, if I had the time, I would like to do. However, when I finally run into a day with no plans, no work and nothing to do, I get confused and become immovable. I can always think of things I should and can do, but I can't do anything productive. I am just get stuck.
I don't know why this happens. I really did nothing today. I get a little down on myself when days or times like this come about. I think it might be because I am lazy..but I am not consistently lazy.

Anyways, that's my thought of the day
If anyone ever wants to make some sugar pie and eat it with me, I would be more than willing too!! It will change your life.

Seriously.

I'm sick too!!! What the stink!

For me it started out as really bad allergies, then my 3-year-old honourary nephew (who had a cold) kissed me on his birthday. Now I have both a cold and allergies. Bah.

Okay, for some non-sensical reason (like maybe I just woke up) when I read "Andrew" I thought Andrew Lee, and I was like, "Why was she kissing Andrew Lee?!" and then Andrew Chong came to mind and...that made more sense.

I applied for one apartment, didn't get it :(. And lots of places, it seems like as soon as they're advertised, they're rented. I've heard that for every one place available for rent, there are 5-10 people. So good luck to you if you're gonna try to do it at the end of the summer...Seriously, though...having a roommate would be cheaper...*cough*

I applied for a student loan, I have one part time job (may get another), and my parents are going to help (the government actually expects you to have a job and that your parents will help; the government gives you money to cover your tuition and books and a little extra, I think). So that's certainly one way to get money...
